We try to go above and beyond to make sure your pet's stay with us is not only comfortable, but as fun and luxurious as possible! We go out of our way each day to make sure your pet has quality one on one time with a pet caretaker, or lots of playtime with new furry friends. We want your pet to have a lasting memory of a great time here with us on vacation.

All of our services are currently back to Normal. But our Covid protocol can still be requested if desired, just let us know at the time of booking.
This small enclosed area is where a pet caretaker will meet you. If there is nobody currently using the area please secure yourself and your pet into the yard and a pet caretaker will meet you there for a safe exchange. Please wear your mask over your nose and mouth when a team member comes to collect your pet and belongings.

My pets have stayed at Baker Veterinary Clinic's pet hotel in the past, is Palm Beach Pet Hotel & Spa the same company?
Yes! We are still owned by the same company and the same team is still here taking care of your pets, we just renamed the pet hotel!
If my pet has medications can you administer them during their stay?
Yes! Of course we can! Oral, Topical and Eye medications are all included with the cost of boarding! Our staff is highly trained in giving medications. We are also fully capable of care and medication administration of diabetic pets.
What Vaccines are required for my dog to stay in the hotel or attend daycare?
We want to provide a safe, protected environment for every dog!
Your furry friend must be current on their DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccinations! We also require a current negative fecal screening within the last 6 months to help keep our facility parasite free!
Does my cat need vaccinations to stay in the cat hotel / cat boarding?
Yes! We want to keep all the cats safe, happy, healthy, and protected! We require all cats to be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations! We also require a current negative fecal screening in the last 6 months to keep our facility parasite free!
How many times a day will my dog go for a walk?
We have up to 5 scheduled walks a day! With a minimum of 4 scheduled walks a day! Dogs often go out on extra unscheduled play sessions. If your dog doesn't get along with others well, don't worry our staff will give them lots of 1 on 1 human attention and playtime.
Does my dog HAVE to have a bath when staying in the dog hotel / dog boarding?
Yes! We want to be proud to send your clean, happy pooch home with you! Playtime can be messy and dirty, and we strongly encourage playtime! As always, we want to uphold our standards to the highest standard of care for you and your pet.
What type of play areas do you have for the dogs?
We have 5 outdoor yards with real grass and high fences for your pet to run and play in. We have plenty of toys to play with and we often get out freshwater play pools for your pet to splash and play in on these constantly hot sunny Florida days. Our play groups stay safe with 4 dogs maximum play group size at a time and constant supervision.
My pet has special needs, can you accommodate them?
Most likely, yes! We are used to catering to the different special needs of all kinds of pets. Just ask any staff member and we always do our best to accommodate your pets needs.
